Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Important Return Guidelines:

• Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• All returns must include tracking—we are not responsible for packages until they are marked as "delivered" at our facility.
• Once received, please allow 3 business days for processing.

How to Request a Return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately upon arrival. Attach a photo of the damaged box and item for a refund or replacement. We can only process claims with photo evidence.
