Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All Items must be sent back in their original condition.
We cannot accept any products for a return or exchange once the seal has been removed.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to send the order back.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the returned package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received, please allow 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
If you receive a damaged item please notify us immediately upon arrival. Take a photo of the damaged box and item for either a refund or replacement. We only accept damaged claims if a photo is attached.
