🎃 Pumpkin Spice Cookies
1 cup pumpkin purée • ½ cup butter • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 egg • 2 cups flour • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp each nutmeg, ginger, salt • 1 tsp vanilla
🍂 Old-Fashioned Gingersnaps
¾ cup butter • 1 cup sugar • 1 egg • ¼ cup molasses • 2 cups flour • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp each cinnamon & ginger • ½ tsp cloves • ¼ tsp salt
